About Us

Ohhh So Freshhh (OSF) is a small, holistic, Black female-owned company dedicated to manufacturing, supplying, and providing nutritious food and beverages, including non-perishable products. Founded by Miss Siphumelele Nkosi in her small apartment kitchen in 2019, OSF strives to offer high-quality, accessible nutrition to all, underpinned by a commitment to health, education, and community empowerment. Miss Nkosi, a holistic nutrition coach, shaman, and author, leads OSF with a vision rooted in healing, teaching, and alleviating hunger and malnutrition in underserved communities and schools.

At OSF, our company is organized into various categories to cater to diverse nutritional needs:

1. Wholesome Category: This category includes a broad range of nutritious food and beverage products. From spring water, meal kits, condiments, and spices, we ensure that every product is made with high-quality ingredients to support a healthy lifestyle.

2. Baked Category: Our baked category features a selection of healthy baked goods, ranging from breads to cookies. Each product is crafted with wholesome ingredients, ensuring that our customers can enjoy delicious treats without compromising on nutrition.

3. Nutrition and Gut Health: This category focuses on products developed by nutritionists to support overall health and gut well-being. These products are designed to provide essential nutrients and promote digestive health, making it easier for our customers to maintain a balanced diet.

4. Make-A-Change Category: The Make-A-Change category includes products specifically developed for underprivileged communities and schools. These non-perishable, affordable products only require water to prepare, ensuring food security and helping to end hunger. They are crafted to provide essential nutrition and are easy to distribute and prepare.

5. AgroFreshhh: This category offers seed kits and instructional products to help families, communities, and customers learn to grow their own food at home. We are expanding this category to include hydroponics self-assemble systems, which will soon be available for direct public purchase. Our goal is to empower individuals and communities to become more self-sufficient and knowledgeable about sustainable food practices.

6. Freshhh Books: Our self-published books, journals, and planners focus on nutrition, education, agriculture, and skill development. These resources are designed to educate and inspire and are available on our online store as well as on Amazon. Miss Nkosi, the author of these books, is continually working on new publications to further support health, healing, nutrition, and agriculture education.

In addition to our product offerings, OSF provides various services including consulting, catering, and bulk supplying. We are working closely with schools and communities, to provide monthly meal boxes that ensure each individual has a minimum of two meals a day for 30 days. This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to address food insecurity and promote health and well-being in underserved areas.
